We are seeking on behalf of our client, a Mechanical Design Engineer, to be based in West Sussex.
Our client designs a wide range of special purpose handling equipment .
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience of designing Special Purpose Machinery/Robotics using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background gained through an apprenticeship working at shop floor level, before moving into design and project engineering work, but potential candidates with different backgrounds are also invited to apply.
It is essential that you have strong Autodesk Inventor experience for this position and is initially a contract role paying around £23 per hour as a ltd company, however their is an opportunity for the role to develop into a perm role.
