Job Description
Job Purpose: Manual updates on the websites and general administrative support to the Customer Support Team and wider group including reception duties, stationery and logging/assigning tasks
Reports to: Customer Support Team Leader
Responsibilities include:
’ Answer the telephone transfer calls and take messages
’ Action manual updates according to Agentsβ requests
’ Add/delete/amend property details on the database
’ Amend contact details for Estate agents
’ Add phone numbers to Tele-tracker and arrange test calls
’ Make up and send out Welcome Packs
’ Send out marketing material
’ Meet and Greet guests on arrival
’ Post
’ Filing
’ General administration and ad hoc tasks
’ Log tasks on call logging software
Skills/attributes:
Essential
’ A sound English and Mathematics qualification
’ Working in an office Environment
’ Excellent time keeping and attendance
’ Excellent telephone manner
’ Attention to detail
’ Hard working and enthusiastic
’ Flexible and approachable
’ Excellent communication on all levels
