Job Description

Job Purpose: Manual updates on the websites and general administrative support to the Customer Support Team and wider group including reception duties, stationery and logging/assigning tasks

Reports to: Customer Support Team Leader

Responsibilities include:

  • €’ Answer the telephone transfer calls and take messages

  • €’ Action manual updates according to Agents’ requests

  • €’ Add/delete/amend property details on the database

  • €’ Amend contact details for Estate agents

  • €’ Add phone numbers to Tele-tracker and arrange test calls

  • €’ Make up and send out Welcome Packs

  • €’ Send out marketing material

  • €’ Meet and Greet guests on arrival

  • €’ Post

  • €’ Filing

  • €’ General administration and ad hoc tasks

  • €’ Log tasks on call logging software

Skills/attributes:

Essential

  • €’ A sound English and Mathematics qualification

  • €’ Working in an office Environment

  • €’ Excellent time keeping and attendance

  • €’ Excellent telephone manner

  • €’ Attention to detail

  • €’ Hard working and enthusiastic

  • €’ Flexible and approachable

  • €’ Excellent communication on all levels

Desirable

  • €’ Working in Customer Services/Support

  • €’ Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and the Internet
