Job Description

We’re Domestic and General working from our Contact Centre, right in the very heart of Brighton. We’re now looking for sales people with ambition and the drive to pursue and regularly achieve sales targets. As an Outbound Sales Agent we’ll give you all the training required to work as part of our focussed telephone sales team cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers (so no cold calling). We have a strong focus on reward and recognition which includes uncapped sales commission, quarterly employee awards and regular team and company-wide incentives.

This role will help you develop skills or build on those already gained within a telesales, telephone marketing, customer services, sales, retail, call centre or contact centre environment.
