Job Description

Our client operates approximately 40 dealership sites across the whole of the UK and they currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager in Chiswick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives to sell new and used cars in addition to maximising sales in the motability and local business markets.

The main duties include the following:

• €¢ To identify part-exchange and other opportunities to maximise vehicle sales and achieve targets

• €¢ To implement and identify marketing and incentive campaigns to maximise brand awareness and vehicle sales

• €¢ To use commercial, marketing and customer data to improve overall sales performance of the dealership

• €¢ Day to day management of team processes With a professional, enthusiastic and positive approach, you will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and results orientated and possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment.

With the ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with customers and colleagues, you will help to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and you will have the ability to influence others and be committed to achieving sales targets and objectives.

Motor industry knowledge in a sales environment is required and your experience should be at Senior Supervisor or Management level.
